L. W. "Nick" Nichols, Jr. is a third generation landman and has been President of the company since 1981. Nick is the grandson of Fred R. Nichols (founder) and the son of Lyman W. Nichols, Sr., both of whom were life-long land professionals who were legendary for their knowledge of titles, work ethic, demand for quality land work and frugality. Today we proudly continue these traditions.
